Pre-Tour Concert Technical Meeting

A technical meeting was held on 19 Oct, right after the senior band practice session that ended at 10pm. We went down the street to the restaurant where we have had dinner several times before, and ordered food for those who had not had supper. The meeting then started and the following were discussed:

- Stage management
- Programme run-down
- Rehearsal schedule
- Setup of VIP rows
- Reception for Press and VIP
- Meeting with the Press
- Piano tuning and placement
- Video recording and sound-feed
- Invitation to schools
- Programme Notes
- Transportation of people
- Tansportation and setup of equipment, e.g. microphones, amplifiers

The meeting was ajourned at past mid-night.
